The secret to LC Foods' mixes, valued for their quality and flavor, is a unique blend of tapioca, almond flour, and chicory inulin. This gives the pancakes their perfect consistency, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The use of a natural thickener in the form of ground konjac flour (the same root used to make shirataki noodles) ensures that, although the pancakes are gluten-free, they are firm and don't fall apart.

LC Foods blends are based solely on natural ingredients, including natural, plant-based sweeteners.
