Ingredients:
- 100g Liv Happy Food Konjac Sticky Rice noodles
- 1 ripe mango, sliced
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk with agave syrup and salt, stir until ingredients are combined.
- Add the noodles to the saucepan and cook over low heat for a few minutes, until the noodles are well soaked in the coconut milk.
- Transfer the noodles to plates, arrange mango slices on top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve warm or chilled.

Shirataki Sushi Bowl with Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
- 100g Liv Happy Food Konjac Sticky Rice noodles
- 200g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 Tbsp. pickled ginger
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Preparation:
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet, add chicken and fry until golden and cooked through. Add teriyaki sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
- In a bowl, arrange the cooked noodles, add avocado slices, cucumber, grated carrot and pickled ginger.
- Arrange teriyaki chicken on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the entire bowl and serve.
