Marzankowa (fresh, herbal-citrus flavor) sugar-free jelly Dr Oetker is an easy and quick dessert - you can combine it with ice cream, fresh fruit, syrup. Ready jelly can be added as a supplement to a light sponge cake. One of the easy-to-prepare pastries is a cold cheesecake made with cottage cheese and jelly - if you use Dr Oetker's non-sugar jelly, the dough will be rich in protein, low calorie and low carbohydrate.
One serving of jelly has only 8kcal and 0g of carbohydrates - 10 times less calories and more than 30 times less carbohydrates than traditional sweetened sugar jelly. Instructions: Pour cold water over it and stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Heat while stirring constantly - do not let it boil. Leave to cool, then place in the fridge for about 5 hours for the jelly to set completely. Serve in salad bowls, just the jelly, or with fruit or your favorite syrups. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a large pot; if you wish, you can add a sweetener - choose one that does not change the taste at high temperatures, e.g. tagatose, erythritol, xylitol, stevia or sucralose.
Precautions: If you want to add fruit to the jelly before it sets, avoid pineapple, kiwi and papaya - the enzymes they contain make it harder to set
