One of the main ingredients of Adam's Bread's golden carbohydrate bread is a mixture of gluten-free flour made from defatted flax seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut, whose aroma complements the set of spices - it is defatted pumpkin flour that is responsible for the appetizing color of the bread and its unique aroma.
Adam's Brot Sonnenwald mix contains extremely low carbohydrates - only 1.4g per 100g, which means that there is about 6g of carbohydrates in the whole loaf of ready bread! A slice of baked bread provides over 10g of protein and less than 60kcal.
