FitRec Pudding is an intensely sweet powdered pudding, it only requires the addition of water (no need to add milk), there is no need to cook the powder, just pour hot water from the kettle.
Sugar-free pudding is a low-calorie, sweet dessert with no added sugar with an intense flavor, the preparation of which does not require cooking, sweetening or adding milk.
To prepare a sugar-free pudding, just add hot water to the pudding powder while stirring - and the pudding is ready! One serving is only 109 kcal, so fit pudding is also great on a reduction diet, you can eat it yourself or use it as an ingredient of a one-portion dessert or prepare a light fit cream based on it to translate the dough.
