Recipe for a seasoned egg white protein omelet

Ingredients:

• 200 ml GN Protein On The Way Natural Flavor
• 50 ml of milk or a plant-based milk alternative
• 4 handfuls of fresh spinach
• 4 spring onion stalks, cut into thin slices
• 10 basil leaves
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• A pinch of chili powder (optional, for a spicy taste)

Method of preparation:

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the spring onions over medium heat until soft and slightly golden.
2. Add the spinach to the pan, stirring occasionally, until the leaves wilt.
