Liv Happy Food Konjac & Avoine is a unique gluten-free shirataki noodle that , thanks to the addition of oat fiber and tapioca starch, stands out not only for its low calorie content, but also for its excellent texture and taste similar to traditional wheat flour noodles. Each 100g of this pasta provides only 35 kcal, and the package contains 200g, which is enough to prepare two suggested servings.

Liv Happy Food Konjac & Avoine pasta is rich in glucomannan - 100g of this pasta provides as much as 4g of this valuable fiber. Ingredients:

  • 100g Liv Happy Food Konjac & Avoine Riz rice noodles.
  • 200g tofu, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, finely diced
  • 1 small zucchini, finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet, add onion and garlic, fry over medium heat until soft.
  2. Add carrots, zucchini and bell peppers, fry for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the tofu, soy sauce, ginger and turmeric, fry, stirring, for another few minutes until the tofu is well coated with the spices.

  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add onion and garlic, fry over medium heat until soft.
