- 200g tofu, diced
- 1 medium carrot, finely diced
- 1 small zucchini, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Preparation:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet, add onion and garlic, fry over medium heat until soft.
- Add carrots, zucchini and bell peppers, fry for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.

Preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add onion and garlic, fry over medium heat until soft.
- Add chicken, ginger and bell bell pepper, fry for a few minutes until chicken is well browned.
- Add carrots, broccoli and bell peppers, fry for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.
