The product includes a dry bread mix (340g net for baking 2 loaves of bread weighing about 680g each) and the method of preparation (recipe attached to the package).

To bake bread, you will need a mold, e.g. a "Keksówka" with dimensions of 25x11x7cm or similar (lined with parchment paper). To prepare the dough, in addition to the dry mix, you will also need water and cottage cheese (no matter what, it can be lean, semi-fat or fat).

Baked bread stored in a dry and airy place can last up to a week, and in the fridge, wrapped in aluminum foil or stored in a box even longer. Recommended for people who are on diets and are looking for an alternative to standard bread.

How to prepare KETO bread from MK Nutrition Fiber MIX?

  1. Baking only in a mold, preferably 25x11x7cm or similar
  2. Using a mixer with whipping attachments, beat 250g of semi-fat cottage cheese in a bowl until smooth (you can use ready-made cottage cheese that has been ammelated several times). Add 170g of the mixture to it and mix together until even lumps are formed (half a minute). Then add 450ml of warm water (about 40°C) and mix until smooth (half a minute).
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. With a wet hand or a silicone spatula, smooth the dough along the entire length of the mold. Leave to pre-rise for 15 minutes. During this time, heat the oven to 200°C (programme: convection without additional heaters or top + bottom). Place the mold in the middle of the oven, on the grid, when it reaches the set temperature. Braiding time 1 hour and 15 minutes. After baking, remove the bread from the mold and put it on a wire rack to cool.
  4. We recommend slicing and eating when completely cooled. Store finished bread in the fridge or freeze
