Safety and use

Instructions: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200-300ml of still water or milk. Depending on individual needs, consume one to three servings daily. Training day: one portion (36g) in the morning, right after waking up, 30 minutes before training and immediately after training Non-training day: one serving (36g) in the morning, right after waking up, the next servings a few hours apart, preferably between meals.
