The benefits of rich in saturated fatty acids of coconut oil have long been said - unfortunately, coconut oil, like other fat is caloric (it has about 900kcal in 100ml), and so many people give up adding it to the food.
PAM Coconut contains pure coconut oil and thanks to its conjugate technology, a little bit of grime can be used to grease the entire pan or sheet - thanks to the use of coconut spray PAM instead of ordinary coconut oil in 1 serving of lunch can save up to 200kcal!
Containing pure coconut oil, Pam Coconut Spray is ideal for gluten-free cooking. Non-caloric spray prevents sticking to pots without adding unnecessary calories.

Safety and use

Instructions: Use Shake the can before each use The spray must be in the same line as the red dot at the top of the can. When spraying, hold the dispenser at a distance of 24cm - 30cm from the frying surface. Use the spray on a cold pan, not a hot one.
Precautions: Never use spray inside the oven or near an open flame. If you want to grease a baking sheet, remove it from the oven before using PAM spray. Avoid contact with eyes Keep out of reach of children Misuse, including deliberately concentrating large amounts of the product in a room or inhaling it, may pose a threat to life or health.
Storage: store at room temperature, do not refrigerate. The packaging is under pressure - keep away from heat sources (maximum permissible ambient temperature is 48°C). Do not puncture the packaging or otherwise attempt to rupture it. Do not store the spray in the refrigerator - too low a storage temperature will cause the spray to thicken and may clog the dispenser.
