Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees if using a glass or metal baking tray, or to 175 degrees if using a silicone mold. Grease the baking sheet with calorie-free spray. Blend the water, oil and blondie mixture on medium speed for 3 minutes. Distribute the mass evenly in the form. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. You will need: 1/3 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
