C8 is naturally present in coconut oil (in an amount of about 6-8%), palm oil and butter, it is 18 times stronger than coconut oil itself, and typical MCT oil contains 50% to 65% of it.

Instructions: The recommended daily dose required to achieve the product's beneficial effects is 18ml of liquid (3 servings*) combined with any beverage or meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are fundamental to the proper functioning of the body. *Suggested starting dose: start with 1 teaspoon (6ml) daily with a solid meal, increase the dose by 3ml every 5 days, gradually reaching the full suggested single dose of 18ml after 20 days, repeated a maximum of 3 times daily. Only after reaching the full single dose should you combine MCT oil with fluids. During the tolerance building phase, it is recommended to combine MCT oil with solid food.
