Fat pork fry in its own fat is an interesting alternative for crisps for people on low carb or high fat and protein-fat diets (such as keto diet) - pork skin contains extremely low carbohydrates, specifically zero carbohydrates, but half of their nutritional value it's protein and the other half is fat.
