The combination of high quality milk and whey protein (Casein and Whey) together with the fiber Glucomannan results in the perfect harmony between taste and effect. Glucomannan is a starch-like substance and the main component of the konjac root, from which the thickener konjac is also made. The natural product has one of the highest known water binding capacities, which means that glucomannan can bind up to 50 times more water than its own weight. This affects not only the consistency of the mixed protein pudding, but also the saturation factor - the dessert lasts for a long time.
