And especially those who want to do without soy products have it even harder because soy is a very popular ingredient in vegan foods. Zec + Ladies has the solution: probably the first vegan protein pudding WITHOUT SOYA, but WITH TASTE!
The protein is composed of pea and lupine protein. The combination enables a harmonious interplay of taste and consistency. As with the Zec + Ladies Protein Pudding, we also use the additive glucomannan for the vegan version. This is a starch-like substance from the konjac root with extremely high water binding capacity. The great thing about this substance: it binds up to 50 times more water than its own weight! A win-win situation, because not only does consistency benefit from it, but the saturation factor is unbeatable with this product.
According to the Health Claims Ordinance, Glucomannan can apply with a "reduction in body weight if at least 3g daily in 3 portions of 1g each with 1-2 glasses of water before a meal is taken by an overweight person". Conversely, this means that an effect on body weight has been proven. The ZEC + LADIES VEGAN Protein Pudding can therefore help in the course of weight loss, i.e. during a diet to lose weight. Another positive side effect of Glucomannan is that it promotes natural colon cleansing. A clean intestine in turn has positive effects on the entire organism.
