Xucker Milk Chocolate Drops are sugar free milk chocolate drops that stand out from other similar sugar-free products in that they do not contain maltitol and are sweetened only with xylitol and a particularly high content of cocoa butter (35%), which translates into a velvety texture, excellent meltability and exceptionally intense natural aroma characteristic of good quality white chocolate.
The high cocoa butter content means that to obtain a smooth milk chocolate coating, these drops of milk chocolate do not need to be added to, or should not, add other fats: simply melt them in a water bath to obtain the desired degree of fluidity.
Remember that in order for the chocolate glaze to be crispy, 'like in Magnum', under no circumstances should you add ingredients containing water to the melted chocolate, including milk, cream or flavors based on water or alcohol.
