The most important ingredient of Daktynelli OrganicHouse are Medjool dates - this name is important because Medjool fruits are not nuts and dried fruits, they are fresh fruit, this variety of dates is not dried.

Such dates are a source of 15 vitamins and minerals [(contain 50% more potassium than bananas (696 mg / 100g)], provide a natural dose of energy, characterized by a relatively low GI (43-54).
