The base of the product is mango balls, hand-formed from ripe, organic mangoes from Ghana. Sun-dried, they retain their natural sweetness and flavor, with no added sugar. Each ball is coated with a layer of velvety chocolate with a high cocoa content (at least 65%), whose dry flavor harmonizes perfectly with the fruity notes of the mango.
Instead of refined sugar, natural erythritol and inulin were used - sweeteners with a low glycemic index, which do not cause a sharp rise in blood glucose levels and provide valuable fiber.
