Preparation
Preparation in the microwave:
1. In a large cereal bowl or other microwave-safe bowl, whisk together 75g of the brownie mix with 100ml of water (do not add any more water!). Smooth the dough and place the bowl in the microwave.
2. For a smooth lava cake interior, heat at approx. 600 watts for approx. 3 minutes. For a firmer brownie, heat at about 600 watts for about 5 minutes.
3. Leave to cool

Alternative preparation in the oven:
1. Preheat the oven (200°C top and bottom heat)
2. In a large bowl, whisk vigorously 200g brownie mix with 275ml sparkling water (do not add any more water).
3. Pour the dough into a baking mold, preferably a silicone one (approx. 24 x 11 cm) and smooth it with a spatula (or spoon).
4. Bake the brownie in the preheated oven for approx. 22 - 25 minutes.
5. Leave to cool slightly.
