Instructions: Low-Carb Pancakes (2 servings): Add 56g of New Hope Mills Mix to a mixture of 80ml cold water, 2 eggs, and 1 tablespoon butter. Whisk or blend until smooth, then set aside for a few minutes. Fry in batches in a well-heated pan, flipping when bubbles appear on the surface. Low-carb waffles: Proceed as with pancakes, pour the prepared batter into the waffle iron in batches according to its instructions, using a high heat setting.
