New Hop Mills cakes and muffins are based on traditional recipes, but high glycemic ingredients are replaced by protein and low glycemic index starch. Proper selection of ingredients in these blends can significantly increase protein and fiber content while minimizing carbohydrate content - so delicious homemade cats can also enjoy people on a sugar-free diet or a glycemic index diet.
New Hope Mills does not use genetically modified ingredients, so the mixtures are GMO-free. For sweetening, neither sugar nor polyols, which can cause gastrointestinal problems in some people, are used instead of natural plant-based sweeteners, in addition to aromatic walnuts and dried bananas.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190°C. Prepare paper cups or grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine the water, eggs, and fat. Add the dry ingredients and mix until there are no large lumps of dry mixture. It's important not to overmix the uffin mixture, as it will not rise. Banana bread (20cm x 10cm pan): Prepare the muffin batter as for muffins. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 48-58 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Wait at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan and cutting into pieces.
Dosage: Low-carb muffins (12 muffins): Prepare 3 eggs, 60g soft butter or coconut oil, a glass of water.
Storage: Store in a dry place, in a tightly closed container. Divide the mixture into equal portions, pour into muffin tins, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the muffins from the oven and wait 10 minutes before removing them from the tins and placing them on a baking sheet to cool. Store in a tightly closed container away from air.
