What is ghee?
Ghee, otherwise clarified butter and butter, from which proteins were removed from other ingredients leaving a pure milk fat; the elimination of non-fatty ingredients means that the ghee has a high smoke point (250 ° C) and is suitable for frying food at high temperatures.
