Bartolini BIO Green Pea Past a is a plant-based alternative to traditional pasta, created for people who value simple composition and high quality raw materials. In its composition you will find only organic green pea flour - without any technological additives such as dyes, thickeners, antioxidants or flavors. It is a natural, single-ingredient product, also suitable for people on a gluten-free diet.
This pasta is distinguished by a protein content three times higher than that of classic wheat pasta, as well as a low proportion of simple carbohydrates. This makes it ideal for the diets of active people, those reducing weight, as well as those concerned about the low glycemic load of their meals.
In 100 grams of cooked product there is a significant amount of valuable minerals - this portion covers:
- 23% of the daily requirement for iron and phosphorus
- 28% of the need for folic acid
