Good Dee's Low Carb Multi Purpose Bread Mix is made with almond flour and formulated so you can bake warm low carb breads, buttery dinner rolls or an Italian focaccia bread. Add eggs, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and water to Good Dee's Multi Purpose Bread Mix (yeast packet included in Mix package). This low carb bread mix can also be made vegan by swapping banana for eggs for a vegan banana bread.

Gluten-free blend based on almond flour for the preparation of soft, suitable for a ketogenic diet: bread, rolls and focaccia. A slice of such bread is only 2g of net carbohydrates, making the bread suitable for a low-carbohydrate diet, with particular emphasis on ketogenic, diabetic and LCHF diets. The bread prepared from this mixture is as delicious as the best home baking.

BREAD (16 slices)

Additionally, prepare: 4 large eggs, 2 tablespoons of apple or wine vinegar, 60 ml of very warm water

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C
  2. Grease a 20cm long cake
  3. Mix all ingredients and the entire contents of the package
  4. Pour the mass into a greased form, bake for 30-40 minutes to a 'dry stick'
  5. Allow to cool and only after it has cooled down completely, remove from the mold and cut into slices

ROLLS (9-12 pieces)
