Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 165°C without convection, 150°C with convection 2. Knead all ingredients into a smooth mass, divide into 12 equal parts, form each into a ball 3. Flatten the balls with your hand on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving a few centimeters between them. 4. Bake for 13-18 minutes until golden brown, then remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
