From the mixture you can bake buns yourself, which have a negligible content of carbohydrates and a high content of dietary fiber and protein. In taste and consistency they resemble classic, light rolls.
Ready buns stored in a dry and airy place can last up to a few days, and in the fridge, wrapped in aluminum foil or stored in a box, they can last for a week.
How to prepare KETO almond buns from MK Classic MIX?
- Pour 300g of the mixture and 430ml of warm water (40-45°C) into a bowl.
- Using a spoon, mix thoroughly and intensively to combine all the ingredients and thicken the mass.
- From the clast, form balls of butter about 80g (for 9 rolls) in your hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Put the sheet with the clast balls in a preheated oven at 180°C, top + bottom plaiting program without convection.
- Braiding time 40 minutes. After braiding, remove the buns from the oven and set aside on a wire rack to cool.
- We recommend cutting and eating the bread after it has cooled down completely and store it in the fridge.
