Complete mix for baking gluten-free, low-carbohydrate dough with high protein content (up to 46% of the mixture is protein!) And fiber - no oil, eggs or any other ingredients required, just add water and you don't even need a mixer to knead the dough. The preparation of the dough will take you a few minutes, and the baking time is just over half an hour - after 3 quarters of an hour you can enjoy the taste of aromatic, hand-made healthy dough without added sugar and gluten, but with a high protein content.
Adam's Protein Cake mix allows you to bake a large form of gluten-free cake, 6 waffles, 2 pancakes or a whole sheet of muffins. One muffin will provide as much as 20g of protein and less than 2g of carbohydrates at the same time!
The highest quality ingredients were used to prepare the mixture: pure whey protein, coconut flour, almond flour and coconut fiber. Like all Adam's Bread products, this Dough Mixer is also soy-free.

Adam's Brot Il Mare mix contains extremely little carbohydrates - only 1.3g per 100g, which means that there is about 6g of carbohydrates in a whole loaf of prepared bread! A slice of baked bread provides over 10g of protein and less than 60kcal.

Instructions: Mix the contents of the package with 420 ml of lukewarm water, pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and bake for about 20 minutes at 160°C with convection. Mix everything vigorously. Immediately pour the batter onto a heated frying pan lightly greased or pour the mixture into a greased waffle iron and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Dosage: Pour a portion of the mixture (35g) into a bowl and add 90ml of water to prepare pancakes or 80ml for waffle batter.
Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protected from light.
