Who eats low-carb has to do without cakes and muffins? Not quite right!

We have developed our innovative cake baking mixes to offer you delicious cakes with both low carbohydrate and high protein content.

From the Adams Cake Lemon-Chia cake mix you can bake a delicious lemon cake with chia seeds. The baking mixture is also particularly suitable for muffins due to its slightly firmer yet light consistency.

With a muffin of approx. 55 g, about 17 g protein meets only 1.7 g carbohydrates!

Since quality is very important to us and we attach great importance to natural ingredients, we use high-quality organic coconut flour, almond flour, whey protein and natural lemon oil.

In addition, our cake baking mixtures are gluten-free.

Like all AdamsBrot products, they are produced without soy.
