Max De Génie Organic Degreased Almond Flour all-natural lightly roasted Almond Flour
Naturally sweet, and at the same time low-carbohydrate, defatted Max De Génie BIO Farine d'amande almond flour is naturally gluten-free, aromatic and contains over 1/3 less calories than almonds, which are made by natural fat pressing. Max De Génie low-carbohydrate flours are characterized by fine grain - they are delicate, they are real flours, not just ground nuts.
Extremely aromatic almond flour is perfect as a base for desserts - in combination with powdered milk, Vitafiber fiber syrup and your favorite sweetener, e.g. stevia or erythritol, you can prepare a homemade version of Rafaello or kinder bueno white cream - but without unnecessary fat, calories and sugar!
Organic Almond Flour is made from whole roasted almonds for a brown color and even more nutrients and is incredibly flavorful! After grinding into a powder, the whole almonds are cold-pressed for degreasing. They are then dried and finely ground into flour. It is an ideal flour as a replacement for other flours for sweet preparations (pancakes, cakes, etc.) and even savory (pizza dough, bread, etc.).
How to use almond flour instead of wheat flour?
- For recipes with yeast - organic almond flour is gluten-free, but gluten forms a dough structure that traps gases and water vapor, which allows the dough to rise. Therefore, for recipes containing yeast, we advise you not to replace more than 10 to 20% of the wheat flour with almond flour.
- For other recipes - up to 100% of traditional flour can be replaced in yeast-free recipes. However, since the latter contains much more fiber than conventional wheat flours, it absorbs liquids much more than the latter. Therefore, we recommend replacing only 50% of the flour or increasing the amount of liquid in the recipe to find the perfect balance in the recipe.
