Konjak LiteFood pasta, thanks to the high content of glucomannan fiber, helps reduce the amount of calories consumed with food. This phenomenon is related to the properties of water absorption, under the influence of which fiber swells and fills the stomach, providing a feeling of satiety long after its consumption. In addition, glucomannan also performs a number of other activities, including normalizing blood sugar, reduces the level of bad LDL cholesterol, and provides calcium riches, acting as a supplement. Calcium, as it is known, supports the removal of toxins from the body and supports the purification of the stomach. Glucomannan, affecting multiple appetites, helps to restore control over it, and so too: it fills the intestines, controls the appetite hormones, slows down the absorption of food. Therefore, glucomannan, supported by a healthy diet and training, noticeably supports slimming, accelerating the loss of unnecessary kilograms.

Konjac pasta is an innovation in the field of weight loss, because it is a product not so low in calories as "calorie-free", because it contains only 6.4 kcal per 100g. Konjac pasta is made from fiber glucomannan; this, in turn, is obtained from the Asian plant - Konjac, which grows naturally in the areas of Japan and China. Interestingly, although this product has been on the Polish market relatively recently, it is a well-known element of meals in Asian cuisine, where it has been used for about 2000 years. Konjac pasta is not so much an allowed item in the menu of people who are on a diet, which supports the slimming process, which is the rich share of water-soluble fiber, of which more we write later in the article. Konjac pasta can hardly be found in ordinary grocery stores; without a problem, you can buy it, doing online shopping or going to special health food stores. Konjac pasta differs from traditional pasta content (no carbohydrates, fats, proteins and gluten), as well as appearance (transparent), and is susceptible to flavoring with spices. Skilful preparation of konjac pasta will make it not only an interesting diet, but it will also speed up the reduction and will give us control over the appetite.
