Our skimmed almond flour is produced in a traditional Spanish almond oil factory in the process of cold pressing of the hydraulic press.
By using the classic cold pressing method, valuable ingredients remain intact and the fat content is minimized to just 8%. Afruse almond flour has the highest protein content and lowest caloric content. Because it is made from tin almonds, it is extremely delicate and aromatic.
Almond flour is a rich source of vitamin E, B1, B2, PP, potassium, zinc and magnesium. Regular consumption of almonds prevents atherosclerosis, heart attack, cancer, stroke, premature aging.

Contains 2 times less fat than other skimmed almond flour and is therefore the least calorie almond flour available on the market.
