Carbquik Mix is a revolutionary baking mix for anyone who counts carbohydrates, especially recommended in ultra-low carbohydrate diets, including ketosis. Carbquik is based on the patented Carbalose ™ low carbohydrate flour - Carbalose ™ is made from wheat, so it tastes like flour, but thanks to the patented method, the carbohydrates it contains are in the form of fiber, and the available carbohydrates are 90% less than in other baking mixes.
Carbquik will work as a replacement for flour in each recipe. Carbquik can be used for pancakes, cakes, waffles, pizzas, dumplings, breadcrumbs and almost any other baking. Unlike other soy-based mixtures, Carbuik works well in fried foods!
Most low-carbohydrate mixes are based mainly on soy protein, which gives them a ready-made baking crunchy consistency and soy-like aftertaste. Because Carbquik is made from wheat, the products made from it taste like baking from traditional flour. Carbquik contains less sodium, fat and calories than ordinary mixtures for baking in prepared dishes with less than 3g of carbohydrates per serving.
Carbquik is a complete, low-carb blend for all baked goods based on the patented Carbalose ™ flour, which is produced in a unique production process; zaweira enriched with enzymes wheat, a large amount of fiber (as much as 42%) and vegetable protein. Carbalose ™ does not contain soy protein, sugar alcohols or trans fats.

Carbquik ™ low carb pizza
- 1 1/2 glasses of Carbquik ™
- 1/3 cup of hot water
- 230g ricotta cheese
- 120g of chopped pepperoni sausage
- Chopped cheese mozzarella
Other proposals for low-carb pizza ingredients: meat, peppers, olives, asparagus, smoked fish
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C
- Mix very hot (80 ° C) water with Carbquik, knead the dough 2-3 minutes until it stops sticking to your hands
