Safety and use

Instructions: Mix 100g (8 scoops) of powder with 200ml of water or milk using a mixer. Blend until smooth, resembling thick cream. Freeze in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. Remove the semi-frozen mixture from the freezer and mix thoroughly. Freeze for approximately 1 hour, then consume. For the tastiest texture, avoid deep-freezing.
Precautions: Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. This product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Storage: Store at 15-25°C, in a closed container, in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. After preparing and freezing the product, store in the freezer for no longer than 48 hours. Once the finished product has thawed, do not refreeze!
