Dosage and preparation:
Dissolve the content of 1 sachet in 200-300ml of still water or milk. Depending on individual needs, consume one to three servings a day
Training day: serving (29.4g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, 30 minutes before training and immediately after training
Non-training day: serving (29.4g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, next in the interval of a few hours, preferably in the breaks between meals.
