Dosage and preparation:
Dissolve the content of 1 sachet in 200-300 ml of still water or milk. Depending on individual needs, consume one to three servings a day.
Training day: a portion (30g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, 30 minutes before training and immediately after training
Non-training day: a portion (30g) in the morning, immediately after waking up, then in the interval of a few hours, preferably between meals.
