Chocolite provides up to 24g of high quality, high protein (90% whey protein isolate) in one glass and 5g of NatruFlora fiber. Contains a minimum amount of fat - this is a fat with a preferred structure containing medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) that have fat burning action.
Chocolite fiber is a natural prebiotic fiber NutraFlora - is a source of 'good' bacteria of the digestive system. NutraFlora consists of short-chain fructooligosaccharides which are slower, slower digestion than plain fiber - thus not causing intestinal and gas complaints. NutraFlora is a virulent type of fiber:
