Toufayan Bakeries Smart Carb Pockets are low-carbohydrate, low-calorie, high-fiber, soft and flexible pit pockets.
Suitable for a low-carb and low-calorie diet, the pockets are baked with a mixture of whole grain flours, fiber and linseed, one pita has only 90kcal, 8g of carbohydrates and 7g of protein.
The pockets have a rectangular shape and dimensions of about 14cm x 9cm, after a short heating in the oven or toaster, they can be opened and filled like pita, putting meat, vegetables inside and adding your favorite sauce, the sandwich can be additionally stasted to make it crispy and even more delicious.
