Instructions: METHOD OF PREPARATION Use as many vEGGs as the number of chicken eggs in the recipe. To prepare one veggie: Mix thoroughly 12g vEGGs powder (22ml), 2.5 tablespoons of water (37ml/37g), and 1/2 teaspoon of oil (2.5ml). Use as you would a chicken egg. vEGG Scrambled Eggs: Prepare a mixture of any number of eggs. Pour the mixture into a heated, greased non-stick pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring gently, flipping, and separating. Stir only occasionally.
