Redweiler supplementation - how to use?

An undoubted advantage of the Olimp's pre-workout is a flexible dosage. The producer of the supplement adjusted the formula of the preparation so that each player could guarantee full help during the training. Redweiler allows you to easily select the size of the portion, depending on the goal and your possibilities. Supplementation depends on body weight and the portion sizes are as follows:

up to 75 kg → 1 portion (6 g = ½ scoops
from 75 to 90 kg → 2 servings (12 g = 1 scoop)
over 90 kg → 3 servings (18 g = 1½ scoops)

During the day, use only one portion (size adapted to the current weight of the exerciser), which should be consumed up to 30 minutes before the planned training. Due to the presence of stimulant caffeine, Redweiler should not be used in the evening, which can cause problems with falling asleep.

Dozowanie: Recommended daily dose: 1 serving daily - depending on body weight, the following dosage is suggested: up to 75 kg - 1 serving of 6 g, 75 kg - 90 kg - 1 serving of 12 g, over 90 kg - 1 serving of 18 g, approximately 30 minutes before training. Serving size for a given weight can be modified depending on individual needs, planned exercise intensity, and sensitivity to the preparation's effects. Dissolve 1 serving of 6 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Dissolve the 12 g and 18 g portions in 200 ml and 300 ml of water, respectively. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
