Who among us does not know this popular dessert, which is lemon jelly - in the Vitally Food edition, a special taste is given by the addition of rhubarb. The combination of lemon and rhubarb flavors will provide amazing refreshment in the summer but served warm, it also guarantees an unforgettable taste experience. In addition, jelly was enriched with vitamin C.

Ingredients: Starch*, freeze-dried rhubarb* 2.6%, acidity regulator – citric acid, natural flavour, vitamin C, ground turmeric*

Instructions: Preparation method: Pour 1/2 cup of cold water from 0.5 liters, pour the contents of the bag into it and mix well. Add 50g of erythritol (about 21 tablespoons) to the remaining water and bring to a boil. Pour the dissolved powder into the boiling water. Cook for a moment longer, stirring constantly. Pour the prepared jelly into 4 salad bowls and leave to cool.

Storage: Store in a dry place, in a tightly closed container, out of the reach of small children.
