Funky Flavors Sweet Panettone - sweetened food aroma of baby yeast with nuts and raisins, in the form of intensely sweetening flavoring drops for dishes.
Panettone is a classic Italian Christmas cake, a tall yeast cake packed in pastry shops in a traditional box with a flat top and a trapezoidal cross-section. Baking a Christmas baby is usually spread over two days, because the specially prepared yeast dough for this occasion takes 12 hours to rise properly - thanks to this, panettone is very fluffy and light.
Dominant fragrance notes: ultra-festive, nuts and dried fruits, buttery sponge cake, notes of citrus and orange peel, ruddy raisins, dried fruit and nuts. The aroma is extremely intense, use it in moderation! great for flavoring cake masses, creams, sponge cakes, ice cream, flavoring additive for icing, also suitable for alcoholic cocktails and in sparing amounts for coffee.
