Funky Flavors Sweet Salted Caramel - sweetened food aroma of salted caramel in the form of intensely sweetening flavoring drops for dishes.
Dominant fragrance notes: sweet but salty, salty but sweet. Beautiful notes of real caramel with a spark that is characteristic of salty caramel, fudge and burnt sugar. Perfect as an addition to milk bases, as well as for quick baking such as waffles, pancakes, omelettes, it is fantastic for adding protein supplements.
The aroma of salted caramel is what we've worked on for the longest time out of all the aromas we've ever brewed. We wanted it to be actually the aroma of salted caramel, not just caramel with a catchy marketing name. Capturing this salty sweetness was an extremely demanding task and required us to literally bring back rare natural aromatic substances and aromatic preparations from the end of the world, which, when properly composed, contributed to the aroma that we had deeply in our heart from the very beginning. To emphasize the salty nature of the caramel, the aroma has been enriched with pink Himalayan salt - the salt content is low, the aroma has no salting properties, it is as sweet as all other flavors of the Funky Flavors Sweet series.
