Flaxseed oil is naturally rich in polyunsaturated fats, predominantly of omega-3 represented by alfa-linolenic acids (ALA). Three portions a day of our oil (0.8g of omega-3) contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Moreover, it prevents cardiovascular pathologies, controls inflammatory reaction, favours the function and efficiency of the Central Nervous System, facilitates immune response.
