Funky Flavors Sweet Blackcurrant Cupcake is an aroma from the category of those that build a full scene from the very first drop. The aromas of chocolate cake and blackcurrant run side by side, intertwining and intermingling, neither dominating the other, but complementing each other. The opening belongs to chocolate cake – soft, moist, baked, with a distinct cocoa background. It is not a bar of chocolate or raw cocoa, but the smell of a ready-made cupcake: slightly buttery, deep, warm. A moment later, blackcurrant appears – distinct and intense, but not sour. It has the character of thick, long-cooked jam: sweet, dark, ripe, with a natural fruity depth. It does not strike with fresh acidity, it does not resemble sorbet or mousse – it is a dessert currant, embedded in dough.
