Title
Description
Note: Due to its higher acidity, the dosage of this jelly is different from the other flavors in the series - use 7.5g of jelly for every 200ml of water.
Funky Jelly Strawberry SUPER SOUR - an extremely sour explosion of strawberry freshness in a light, almost calorie-free form.
Important: due to its high acidity, the product is intended for adults - we do not recommend serving to children, people with hypersensitive teeth or reflux. If you are looking for a sugar-free jelly with a classic, mild taste - choose Funky Jelly Strawberry Classic. On the other hand, if you love extreme sour notes and crave a diet strawberry flavor firecracker - Super Sour is waiting just for you!
Funky Jelly Strawberry Super Sour
Strawberry instant jelly without sugar - extremely sour, ultra-low in calories
Imagine a juicy, ripe strawberry... and now treat it with a powerful dose of citrate and malic acid. That's how you get Funky Jelly Super Sour - a jelly that gives you a pleasant, cheek-twisting tingle instead of gentle sweetness. Zero sugar, just a few kilocalories per serving, and instant preparation: powder + cold water + refrigerator = sour explosion ready in minutes.
Why is it worth trying?
No sugar, almost no calories - ideal when you count every gram of macro, but don't want to give up intense flavor.
Challenge-level acidity - the recipe contains as many as 3 types of food acids; this is a jelly for adult taste buds, not for children.
Clean label - no artificial colors from the E-100-E-199 list; color and flavor based on natural fruit concentrates and premium strawberry flavors.
Ready in minutes - no cooking required; simply pour over cold water, mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
Applications in fit cuisine
Fit jello shots - mix Funky Jelly with sugar-free raspberry syrup and a little caffeine powder; perfect before cardio workouts.
Cold yogurt-protein "cheesecake" - use the jelly as a top layer, giving the top of thecheesecake a glazed, sour finish and boosting the strawberry flavor without extra sugar.
Layer Ninja Creami Ice Cream - freeze jelly in thin sheets, break them up and mix them into protein vanilla sorbet in Mix-In mode; each bite is a sour "spark" in the creamy base.
Shot "electrolyte gummy " - prepare jelly with half the recommended water and mold in silicone molds; you get sour, springy jelly beans with < 5 kcal/piece.
Fruit pancake topping - dissolve the prepared jelly in a minimal amount of boiling water and pour it over whole-grain pancakes; it will set instantly, creating a glazed, acidic glaze.
