The name of the bar refers to the Billionaire's Shortbread, popular in Anglo-Saxon countries - we were wondering how to best translate this name into Polish so as to fully reflect the character of this unashamedly high-calorie dessert, and we decided that the most accurate term was a sliced ​​or a twister; slices, because the dough is cut into small pieces from a large table top, and the twister, due to its consistency, is very hard and brittle from the solidified caramel connecting the individual layers of the dough.

Classic Billionaire's Shortbread is a home-made cake in which a layer of caramel is spread on a crispy, buttery biscuit bottom (in Australia it is most often salted caramel), and the top is covered with a dark chocolate coating.
