Ingredients:
Dough:
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 50 g almond flour
- 30 g sugar-free cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml milk (can be vegetable)
- 50 g erythritol or xylitol
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- A few drops of vanilla extract
Filling:

Topping:
- 100 g dark chocolate min. 85%
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Preparation:
- Cake preparation:
