Instructions:
Recommended daily dose to achieve the product's beneficial effects: 2 servings of 30g (total 60g). The package contains 20 servings. Mix 30g of powder (3 tablespoons) with 150ml of water and 150ml of unsweetened coconut drink. Shake well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
