Dominant aromatic notes: buttery shortcrust, ripe juicy citrus, natural lemon aroma, characteristic not so much for fresh fruit, but rather for lemon-flavored sweets, e.g. lemon mamba or lemon sorbet. The citrus crispness is broken by the buttery notes typical of shortcrust pastry. We recommend the aroma as an addition to cakes, creams and desserts, pancakes, waffles, beautifully combined in milk creams with fruit: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries.
