Funky Flavors Sweet Cookies & Cream - sweetened food flavor of cookies with cream, in the form of intensely sweetening flavoring drops for dishes.
Dominant scent notes: developing this aroma was one of the biggest challenges we faced! On the one hand, Oreo, because it is a model, is a combination of a cocoa cake with a plain cream. On the other hand, the combination of cocoa and cream aromas has nothing to do with the aroma of Oreo. On the third hand, in the cream of the original Oreos there is neither milk nor cream, it is 'only' fat with sugar. On the fourth hand, although fans of the world-famous Oreo find it hard to believe, these tempting cookies do not have an intense flavor or aroma ... these 'buts' can be multiplied. But after several months of testing and mixing, we are giving you amber droplets that have what we wanted: cocoa with a sweet character similar to milk chocolate and sweet cream, in a perfect balance of flavors creating a sweet harmony. This is one of the most universal aromas we have managed to create, perfect for baking, coffee, cold shakes, porridge, yoghurt - we have not yet found a combination in which this aroma would not work, although it sounds best in accompanied by flavors emphasizing its character: a milk-yoghurt base with the addition of even a little cocoa. Perfect for cold cheesecakes!

Dosage:
Dosage: Use 2-3 drops per 100ml of finished product, more or less depending on individual preference. To maintain the intensity of the aroma in heat-processed dishes, add the aroma at the final stage of preparation, avoiding excessive heating.
